General Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business partners.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before departure:

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charge
More than 30 days 10% of total package cost
15-30 days 25% of total package cost
7-14 days 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days 100% of total package cost

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Processing fees are non-refundable

Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may waive or reduce cancellation charges at our discretion. Supporting documentation will be required.
